1kg lost

Well I did it ..1 kg lost well i think so my scales only go in 500gm lots and it says 95.5 so I have ordered a new set from fly buys so should have that in a week or so.. I am drinking 1.5litre of water a day if not more...and only one sugar free V or lift..and have cut back on my diet coke ..but must have a diet coke before i can get out of bed in the morning. have been eating friut even brought some cherrys yesterday cost a arm and a leg but just some for afternoon tea. only eating brown buns 2 and green stuff and low fat tin fish for lunch ... so trying hard Will get there... others can do I can do it i can i can i can....

well i will try blogging again ..August was the last time and guess what..
hahahah I am still 96.5 have to get it togethere for sure..I am hoping to see the plastic surgeon
in March and hoping hoping it I am under 85kg he might just give me a new boob..and a tummy tuck...thats 10kgs to lose.
Well yesterday i started eating good.. and drinking water...had 1.5 litres so thats good and only had one sugar free V and not as much diet coke but a woman can NOT live with out diet coke........... still taking prediosne..it dont help but I can do this ..would really like to have 2 breasts again....will make life easier for me..i get half way to work sometimes and have left the fake one at home hahahahah and have to buy a pair a socks to put in there....it dont worry me but i work in a supermaket and the oldies might not like it...getting ready for work handbag check car keys check tit check....
still i am still here and will be fifty this year and got to see my grandson.have a loveing hubby and life is good..but fat
