Sick

Sick Sick Sick ..have the flu bad lucky I had my flu jab is all I can say..
but the bad thing is the doc put my prednisone up to 20mgs for the next four days
so that means i will want to eat eat eat...but I will try not to eat ..
I have to get good at trying not to eat but the prednisone makes you feel hungry all the time
but only have had an egg and a bit of toast so far drinking lots of zero and my lovely diet coke of couse and the odd mellow.....
